Mill Street Organic Lager
The heartbeat of our brewery–this was the first beer that we ever brewed back in 2002 when we opened our doors. Where other breweries have come along and copied us, the idea of making an organic beer was a precept of our company and it still represents that spirit of doing the right thing that governs everything that we do here at Mill Street.
Mill Street Cobblestone Stout
The beer that I drink the most of! This is such a great example of a simple recipe executed very well. The smoky roasted barley tones combined with the clean bitterness of American hops to make this a truly classic pub pint. Nitrogen charging is something that Mill Street has taken a craft industry lead in, and the design of the beers made this way has a subtle elegance that has won them many fans.

Alexander Keith's Lunenburg Stout
A stout with bold roasted flavor, brewed with dark malts, Cacao nibs, and Laughing Whale coffee beans.
It started with brewmaster, Keith Villa, wanting to craft a beer inspired by the flavourful Belgian Wits he enjoyed while studying brewing in Belgium. He brewed his interpretation using Valencia orange peel versus the traditional tart Curaçao orange peel, for a subtle sweetness. Then he added oats and wheat to create a smooth, creamy finish that’s inviting to the palate. As a final touch, he garnished the beer with an orange slice to heighten the citrus aroma and taste. Its natural unfiltered appearance adds to the depth of flavours in this Belgian-Style Wheat Ale.
